Hey quick uniform question, with all the grooming/hat/uniform emphasis going on, can we wear boots with our uniforms?

FOM says you can, although someone (Dalad?)posted within the last week they were cracking down on cowboy boots so who knows?

I guess LCA's don't spend a lot of time walking around in slush and de-ice fluid.

SWA ZED Fares

I was told we could purchase SWA ZED tickets via the Travelne,t but a note there says to go to the DAL ticket counter. Anyone have any recent ZED experience? :confused:

Just bought a ZED for my wife on SWA a month or so ago. You have to purchase at a DAL ticket counter, SWA is not eZed yet.
