BW is an awesome guy and a tremendous leader. He actually never even made it to the line in 2001 before being furloughed. He was a class or two behind me and we were the last class to actually fly (for a little while). There's big things in his future. Well deserved!

I thinkI get it now, the Atlanta airport is retaliating against delta for rolling them. So before any restaurants reopen, close some more of what was left.

We have received DOT ok to move the Detroit-Haneda route to Seatle-Haneda start up within 120 days.

Go to priceline/kayak and do a price search MEM to MCO for example. Memphis will get what they deserve. They want a "low cost"carrier... they will get one. LOL

Hmmm ... not exactly sure about your tone. "Get what they deserve?" What does Memphis deserve?

The way I see it, Delta has been pulling out, and other carriers are moving in. Obviously they see under served markets.

The bigger question is, why isn't Delta adding flights to these markets if others are moving in?

Any of you Delta guys care to guess why a couple Delta executives are now being sent to Pinnacle to run it? I know we are probably reading too much into it. They are probably there to slowly shut pinnacle down. But couldn't they just easily shut Pinnacle down with their current management in place? Is this how Comair was shut down? Just trying to get some opinions.

Um...maybe they needed someone to babysit the kid, and keep close watch on their 'investment'?
