I use the term "jumbo RJ" to differentiate the much heavier weight large Embraers and CRJ900 without typing it out. I guess if you want to make it rhetoric you can, but it is more out of laziness and not wanting to type out all the different types.

The CRJ700 is in between and does not fall in that category.
How about wannabe mini-mainline.

I guess you could call a jumbo RJ a DC-9 replacement jet (DC9RJ). Works.

He is taking reported net income.

Of course, our net income is net of 1.962 Billion dollar write down on investments. US Air carries a third of our long term debt.

Overall, US Air's financials are significantly better than ours when you start looking at metrics like current ratios and earnings / assets. Not saying I'd like to work there. Just stating the truth that they have eeked better performance out of a buck. Much of that is attributable to paying under market rates for labor.

FTB, you've just outed yourself as a head-in-the-sand non-believer! Still think the earth is flat, too? Don't you realize all respectable scientists (who want continued grant money) have confirmed global warming is a fact, and the scientist who believe in scientific questioning, testing, measuring, and scientific theory are naysayers driven purely for profit and political reasons only? I'm actually being kind. If this were a forum for scientists we'd have you purged from our presence!

I'm just gonna go with it. Besides, I don't think the universities pay their scientists ridiculous salaries!

I'm still not sure if GunshipGuy was serious or being sarcastic.

Anyhoo:

Remember the bikini pic? If she worked at Hooters, she could give a SWA CA a run for his money.
