Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
NCAAF Report: Auburn bribed players - ESPN
Oh oh... Auburn football fans, looks like the 2011 team could be in serious trouble with the NCAA. Perhaps they sugercoat it like the cam investigation but this seems to have a few more moving parts.

I got an employee bus driver tonight that is either full on the gas or full on the brake. He's got to be able to see my head flopping back and forth. In other news, looking forward to some paid time off for the whiplash.

Just trying to brush up his skills so he can join the shuttle company that provides our Chicago transportation. I think I have been car sick over 50% of my trips to the downtown hotel. I guess the transition from rickshaw to Lincoln is harder than it appears.

Second, the ESPN story leaves out something the CNNSI story did not. The source and the background of the author.
CNNSI:One player, Mike McNeil told his story to Roberts. He is charged with armed robbery and was dismissed from the team. His trial begins on April 8 and faces 21 years to life in prison if convicted.
The other source for the article was Mike Blanc who has come out to say: "Man this article is outrageous and isn't true. The media will do anything for a juicy story, sad"
Followed by the other source was Neiko Thorpe who said: “She just took what I said, I guess, and tried to … make it to a story she wanted,” Thorpe said, “because it wasn’t even the story she told me what she was reporting about. It was kind of crazy when I had a chance to read it and see what she put wasn’t true.”
The big question is, who is the reporter? She is a former NYT reporter turned SI reporter turned nobody. Remember the Duke Lacrosse case?
- Here is a Huffington Post article on her: The Decline and Fall of Selena Roberts
- She is best known for a book on A-Rod. But as the baseball insider says: "Interestingly, the more material gets released, the more some of Roberts' long time and esteemed colleagues seem to raise doubts about her reporting." Baseball Insider - Questioning Selena Roberts' A-Rod Reporting
- She is also known for her coverage of the Duke Lacrosse case where she went after the players for banding together to protect the rapists. Two Years Later, Selena Roberts Still Can't Admit She Was Wrong About Duke Lacrosse
- Durham-in-Wonderland: Selena Roberts & Journalistic Credibility
All that to say,
- NCAA finds no major violations against Auburn regarding Cam Newton - ESPN

In the grand scheme of things, what's five yards? oh, oh right...

Took Kew Cab tonight from LGA-JFK and I swear the driver was drunk. He even rear ended a guy pulling into JFK. I kept thinking "surely he's going to stop" and yelled when it was too late. Knocked the headlight off his car. I was just glad when I got out of that cab in one piece, and was close enough to walk the rest of the way.
Still I think I hold a record for a 40 minute drive from the parking lot to the airport.

We were planning to hire, but....
the stock price has fallen too much. Flight Ops and Network and RA all wanted to, but the Board said no.
(I'm just trying to stay a step ahead of them).
