If you have the stomach for it, I've seen a few guys flip Ferrari's. Since there is a two year waiting period for new owners, and Ferrari's new 7 year warranty, you can acquire the car, drive it for a year, and sell it to an impatient first year owner for at or just above sticker. Get in an accident though with it, and you're SOL.

Anyone notice who the sponsor is for the USA Rugby team?
Don't bother. The fine print in all the programs don't allow crew members to receive points on layover stays. I'm gold at a few different chains and it's hard to even get a room upgrade on a layover, yet alone points. You're pretty much wasting your time asking the hotel clerks for points or stay credit if you are on a layover.

A return to service of 757's would be much more welcome news than a order for the Airbus or Boeing narrow body jets.
Marriotts are pretty good about it. Hiltons, not so much. I've found a few. Put a CC down and charge something to it. You'll get credit for the stay and the points for incidentals. I only do it every once in awhile. Our long layover in DTW is really good about taking them.
