Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Sierra Nevada has opened a large brewery near Asheville, NC, and does most of its East coast distribution from there. They run a 'beer camp' and have encouraged the local micro brewers to come in and learn about brewing. New Belgium is also building a brewery in Asheville that will open in 2015 or 2016. Asheville is becoming known as "Beer Town", and is a must visit for beer afficionados. There's a nice winery at the Biltmore Estate also. Combine that with a trip up the Blue Ridge Parkway (non drinking of course) and you've got a nice fall trip... you're welcome!
Anyone have good info on what to do at RDU? Looks like we have 30hr layos there from a LAX>RDU redeye, a lot of them. buzzpat, ain't this your gig?
Yea they suck. Luckily my buddy is an optometrist and get glasses pretty cheap for the family. He, like most eye docs will not take Davis. They are only accepted at places like Wal-Mart etc. Those places are kinda the regionals of the optomatry world.

OOOOH, Good Stuff!
You guys don't know how good you have it compared to buying (good) beer in Utah. 3.2 is available in supermarkets but anything stronger must be bought at a state liquor store. It is literally sold by the bottle, and it's not uncommon at all to be over $2.00 a bottle (and I'm not talking something exotic) plus sales tax, of course.
It's outrageous!
