What's the story with 321 pay rates....
Anyone?
Thanks.

The zero additional pilots isn't anything new, that's been the line for a while. FAR 117 basically mirrors most of our contract - the 9 hour flight time per day won't be as useful as you might think since you can't go over it. Also, from what I heard is any less pilots triggered by the 9 hours is negated by more augmentation needed on international runs.
Not really back. Still out on a med issue.
going on 15+ mos. Hoping the return is soon, but it's not in my hands. As soon as I arrive on the "ave" for training, look for your pay out. (Was planning on using ACL as a bag man.) Or, pm me and I can go with a direct delivery.
Trying to decided on leaving ER. Commuting to the northwest for lots of China, NRT, and CDG was taking it out of me I now realize. Looking for a domestic a/c when I return. Leaning towards 73n LAX. Not having DBMS access makes it harder to figure out where in a category I would be placed. However LAX would make getting there easy as PHX is home. Buzz, you all cover SNA and ONT like the 757 did/or does?
Go Vols, but more importantly, Go Huskies.

I wish there was a way for someone to bet that I couldn't stay off here for 10 years..... it seems that financial incentive is about the only way I can be motivated to put down the crack pipe...
Thanks for the go Vols thing...

Just got an email from council 81 about a meeting in ATL to recall the MEC chairman? Any info or did someone's kid get a hold of a password?

I don't believe that is correct...however I could be wrong. Our scheduling committee is doing a good job with their updates. Expect more and more detailed examples in the upcoming weeks. As it is a lot of this message board chatter approaches speculation.

"12 E 1 An International category pilot will not be scheduled for block time in excess of eight hours in a trans-oceanic duty period."

You guys are correct of course. Our contract prevents being "scheduled" for greater than 8 hrs flying. That would also prevent the company from using the 9 hour non augment in far 117. So I still see it as a downgrade.

Well, my contract shows from section 12-Hours of Service:
"12 E 1 An International category pilot will not be scheduled for block time in excess of eight hours in a trans-oceanic duty period."
