I thought the DPA's response email was quite mature tonight.

That being said, I appreciate the MEC giving us the heads up that a recall is in process... I got the impression of more information to follow.

Of course more info will follow, the question is before or after the recall meeting. Having read the e-mail I see nothing to give the impression of more info. I think you are reading that into the message. Just my opinion.

I can't remember wasn't there a Giambusso recall? Once in a decade pi$$ing contest for the MEC. Back to football!

Right 15-4 vote and the 15 need recalled

Council 20 trying to confuse pilots with beach flying vs 5th freedom flying was nothing more than an attempt to try and justify a weak position. HNL - FUK/KIX/NGO aren't beach flying and neither is NRT - ROR/SPN/GUM/HNL and were not protected before but they are now. Council 1 said in their update that the MEC directed the use of block hours over slots. It sounds like they got what they asked for. Why vote no and why try and confuse the pilots with foggy reasoning? Reducing the code share language from 175 to 100 for all cities in China (HKG/TPE) and Korea is an improvement and adding Australia is something we all asked for on here. Where is George anyway? Australia didn't artificially inflate the numbers it increased the hours we protected over the Pacific.

That's all right. These things gotta happen every five years or so, ten years. Helps to get rid of the bad blood. Been ten years since the last one.

Any thoughts on what the company will add at NRT in place of the SFO flight?

It's not personal Sonny, it's strictly business.
