Who has done the SXM layover? Is it easy for spouses to go?

daldude hit on it just up above-- did you have ANY time off from the company whatsoever between Jun 01, furlough, furlough recall, and mil leave? If you bypassed your furlough recall by a month, that would make it non-continuous employment and you probably would lose that yr.
Furlough was counted, as was long mil leave, so long as you accepted furlough recall the first day that was available/offered to you.
You should have 4 weeks if there were no breaks.
EDIT--just saw the further info you posted: " recalled in 2007 and came back 2/2008."
that's the year that didn't count, so you don't have 13 yrs duty and thus don't have 4 weeks vacation yet this year. To which I ask: WHAT were you thinking delaying your return by a year??
(I was thinking "still in bankruptcy, don't trust them, not gonna get burned again!" when I punched back to mil leave...)
