From WSC: "On an X-day has no obligation to be contactable or to be in a position to report for an inverse assignment."

These attempts from scheduling have been happening more than the pilot group is being led to believe. Threats, pressure and loss of pay are being applied. Know your contract, and call ALPA scheduling. As long as we keep falling for scheduling's fishing expeditions, we have no leverage and worse, you might do something illegal. Far 117 haas been relatively cost neutral mainly because we have not made a unified stand to operate 100% in accordance with the contract. I get it. No one likes to deal with the high pressure threats coming out of the CPO from your fellow seniority list members.

It's looking more and more like Airbus wants out of the 800 version to build only the 900 and 1000. If they build the 330 NEO I bet the 800 dies.

EVERYONE needs to know and follow the contract irregardless of the SD memo. We need to stand up for the contract and not let a policy memo change our PWA. The CPR (Chief Pilot Review) isn't really that painful....ask me how I know.

Followup to my previous post. All of you who answered are correct. I called scheduling this morning and they said that no they can not assign rest like that. They restarted the 30 hour clock going forward.

If you wait till 2 am after the X day ends to acknowledge the rest, did you just break the rest period and negate the 30 consecutive hour break?

Stupid question for those of you with higher math skills! Do you audit your pay stubs? If so, can you explain to me what I'm missing when I add up my (Pretax Ins & 401K + Taxes + Deductions) - (Gross Earnings) = Does not equal my direct deposit. What am I missing? Thanks in advance.

Normally that would be the union's job.
Under "constructive engagement" apparently not.
