So jerk, in your "professional opinion," you believe that pilots owe DAL "fiduciary duties" under the PWA???? And you believe that based on what??? Can you provide some case law that supports your premise that airline pilots owe fiduciary duties to their employer under their contract? Hint: it doesn't exist.
I think you and your sidekick, square, need to do some more research on what type of relationships dictate fiduciary duties (see doctor-patient, attorney-client, trustee-beneficiary, etc...) before you two start using terms that you don't understand.

anyone here a Duty Pilot or have been one on the past? i have a buddy who wants to becone one and he would be good at it but I honestly know very little about becoming one. PM me if you have anything you can share.

DALPA has admitted they accidentally left out the chart showing the 2004 pay rates plus inflation. It will be emailed to all Delta pilots.
They are also going to include a chart showing the over $15 billion and counting the Delta pilots have made in concessions.
Last but not least a chart showing executive management pay raises annually since 2008.
