More likely to see a small quid.

I was thinking that the company would burn their 364 day conversion option on this AE/MD if it occurs.

Possible quid - Immediately paid at new rate if going to a higher paying position regardless of conversion date.

Preferred option = Just Say No.

Preferred quid - too many to list here
