Then he told Georgia, the LLC is FL based so they won't pay taxes in Georgia.
He didn't run this by the boss, thought he was doing him a favor. The boss hired a company to rectify the situation and pay the taxes to Georgia where the airplane was based. The boss knew better.

If the professionals outside a Taco Bell in downtown Atlanta are not good for tax advice, what are they good for?
