In my case it wasn't the wheels. Made the mistake of putting my Purty Neat Bag below on a DH. They must've run over it with a tug to bend the metal frame. Ended up replacing the bag. Never put one below on a DH again.

Rollerblade wheels you buy at a sporting goods store work well as replacements, at least on the TravelPros.

Correct. The Herminator's leadership style has been well covered here. I don't think employees should be fired for anything but the more serious cases. That said, Herm needs to go.
