Do not pm anyone, post the proof of your statements on this thread.

The only digging you are doing is the grave of the legitimacy of your posts.

Start your own thread, post your questions and I'll respond. It doesn't belong on this thread.

A few posts back on this thread you made accusations of Midwest Pilots voting. It was on this thread and I am questioning the accusations you made on this thread.

Refer to post 17173 & 17171. The irony is that I'm one of the very few Delta pilots who occasionally agrees with your ranting about ALPA's scope policy. You're just more abrasive, but your points are sometimes valid. MidWest pilots' Reps voted with us at Executive Board and BOD and the resulting changes to our Constitution and Bylaws which were designed to thwart airlines like Comair and ASA who wished to use ALPA's Merger and Fragmentation policy to pursue mergers as a defense to alter ego flying has now come full circle resulting in the ALPA that is not as effective at providing leadership and job protection that you desire. I'm sure the MidWest contract bears the signature of Chairman, was negotiated by its negotiating committee and ratified by its pilots. You probably did all YOU could do.

Hey USAPIAN, isn't there another thread you can troll? Or maybe go clean up your own house and seniority list? You're over in a Delta thread fiddling while you light the furniture on fire at LCC...

How about answering a few questions on your thread...like what BINDING means in arbitration. Or what a court decision on DFR against your union means...

Clean up your own house first before throwing stones at mine.

Wow ... and just like that there's a crater with smoke coming out of a deep hole.

Impressive.

MidWest pilots' Reps voted with "mainline" at Executive Board and BOD and the resulting changes to our Constitution and Bylaws which were designed to thwart airlines like Comair and ASA who wished to use ALPA's Merger and Fragmentation policy to pursue mergers as a defense to alter ego replacement flying has now come full circle resulting in the ALPA that is not as effective at providing leadership and job protection that you desire. At my former airline we had throw ALPA's Counsel literally out of the room to get the contracts we got.
You blamed Midwest Pilots for what happened to them by making unsubstantiated claims about their votes without the inconvenience of proof. You blamed ALPA national for being infective in helping Midwest Pilots, but it is not ALPA nationals fault........ yet the signature of the Chairman ratified by the pilots of Midwest who are advised by ALPA national............

Thank you for clearing things up.

Huh? The Midwest pilots ratified their contract and sent their Reps to the BOD and Chair to the Executive Board. If you made the statement "Delta Pilots voted for their scope" I would have to agree.
