Cost of living allowance was $800/mo and it was done by an arbitrator. Gives DALPA a good foundation to get that amount again by using the old NW arbitrators award.
Satellite base is NOT acceptable without pay and credit for DHD in both directions from mainland USA. HUGE staffing issue. Those junior A positions would be eliminated.
National and DALPA will also restart the representation debate.
- It's too small to be a council to justify the cost... Heard this with the NW GUM base and ended up with a GUM pilot "coordinator" and had GUM represented by the council in HNL.
For the record, if we get a base in GUM imo it should be represented by it's own Council.

I love Google Translate!!
"On a large, now we will have someone telling us how bad our Russian language. I am sure that online translators only bad enough to make a mess of this material. I wonder how many people go crazy in all this Russian!
And by the way, where you studied Russian?"

Yup. I'm just about half way done, and my wallet has slimmed down considerably, not to mention the wrecking my CC has gone through.
Guam is definitely ho hum. Pretty view out of the hotel, but they're on crack if they think I'm spending $35 on the buffet (and yea, that's WITH the discount).
Of course, I don't think much of HNL, either. Having grown up in a beach spot, the sand and surf doesn't do much for me other than sunburn, sand in my shoes and jellyfish stings.
Now you kids get off my lawn!
