The VFD is that desktop systems/procedures simulator they sent us for 717 training. There is one for most all of the fleet. Some are just AP/FMS trainers and then some like the 717/747/756/320 (basically the rest of the fleet) allow you to operate everything in the cockpit. And you can do it from your home computer. It's nice to study without the distractions of the training center. http://i938.photobucket.com/albums/a...psee4c70d7.png http://media.giphy.com/media/M8Re8UYUJXGus/giphy.gif |

That girl has a fanny pack. If you don't like the view, turn off the lights!:eek: Nick Wolenda told me that walking the high wire over Chicago is no worse than getting a hummer from Hilary Clinton, "It's not too scary if you just don't look down!" :D |

Would anyone have a copy of our CFO giving a presentation to Deutche Bank earlier this year or maybe late last? Not the one with RA and such but a solo presentation....he made a few great remarks involving profit sharing and the way that the company was using it, basically, as a relief valve for employee compensation....good times equal good money, bad times reduces employee compensation to a baseline level... It could blood info to bolster the argument to keeping profit sharing right where it is...

(It's the same guy that says we should get a 14% payraise because of AA pilot talks, but then laments the billions in concessions and says we need a "snap up" to 2004+inflation. Which is it?) Contact any of your reps. It's not part of the discussion. Don't feed the troll. |

Give Mike Hanson a call and report back to us on whether or not you think we will reduce profit sharing. Or you can continue to live in dream world.
I suppose you were one of the many who said I was full of crap on C2012 when I said we were going to allow many more 76 seat RJs. I hope more than anything to be wrong. Remember, the reps are flying the line. Just like last time, it is the admin insiders who make the concessions. In C2012 the MEC never authorized or discussed reducing profit sharing. O'Malley agreed to it without MEC knowledge and it was jammed down their throats. Same plan this time. |
