On the other hand, if you can bank some time your first year you can get it back at second year pay. It is a guaranteed 30-40% ROI in less than 12 months. There isn't a better investment out there. Same principle applies if you are upgrading to captain.

I may be wrong but, I think you need at least 80 hrs of credit (not pay) in order to pay back what you borrow as well as banking any time. Also, anything over 80 hrs of credit up to 85 hrs is automatically paid back unless you specify manually to increase or decrease that amount up to your credit hours or decrease back to 80 hrs. FYI.

Time card says the same thing. ALV and greenslip trigger 75, credit applicable 70. Add up my credit on the individual trips, 70. I'll call.

Max pick up is at the bottom of your schedule display, not the time card.

Not if your on first year pay and retired military. You can also make the time up from your bank and repay the bank when your a line holder.

Is it possible to Personal Drop an entire month of reserve days, and then yellow slip the trips you want to fly when you want to, and then only get paid for whatever you end up flying?

Don't know. Seems possible.

No. Can't fly on any day where there is a PD or APD annotated on your schedule.

Edit: above applies for reserves. lineholders can pick up on a PD. Thanks for poining that out, p.

You did not answer my question. Are you talking about the percentage of profit sharing that was monetized in C2012? If so, then what I was saying is the monetized amount of profit sharing from C2012 is already known and it is 2%. It would never be more than 2 percent and could be less. We received that 2 percent as part of the 8 percent we got on January 1 of a couple years ago.

Denny

Got it.

So our 4833 is really 4611... Plus the other concessions.

Think of it this way: Yellow slips let scheduling know you want to fly on your resv days. If you drop all your resv days, you are no longer on resv, thus unable to yellow sip.

Actually it would be 4633. Your logic is flawed. If Alpa did not monetize that 2 percent, we would still be getting the 33 portion.

Denny
