I still think the NFL is a sinking ship. Goodell has done a good job expediting that.

I'm starting to find the NBA more interesting.

You'd probably appreciate this :

The refs are arguing he didn't make a football move so he has to maintain control after he his the ground. Had he made a move he can have it pop out. Not sure how they know what he was thinking because you could argue he tried to extend. I will say this, he caught the ball two feet behind the GB DB and yet landed the feet beyond him. He was up to something.

And trust me, I'm not arguing against GB or for Dallas, just for the sake of football-what is a catch then?

And I'm intrigued, I did not know during a replay that they call officials in NY.

Geeze, you guys do realize that Green Bay has to win another game against the defending Super Bowl champions and the best defense in the NFL to make it to the next Super Bowl.....

If Rodgers' calf is not healed by next week, I think he's gonna have a rough game. I hope he doesn't get hurt more.

By the way, the right call was made on that play. The ground cannot cause a fumble but it can cause an in-completion if no football move was made. The ball clearly hit the ground.

That being said, without the blown pass interference last week, DFW isn't even there.

He did make a football move, he reached the ball to the goal line. He could have just taken the ball into his chest and went down, but he reached out (a football move ) to extend the ball for a TD. It was a catch.

Well................the Refs do not agree with your interpretation.

I think for Buzz it'd need to be an avatar of Richard Sherman. For Denny, a gimpy Rodgers to remind him of who the gimp was that beat mighty Seattle. Maybe Rodgers with a walker or cane.

Or maybe Rodgers with his Maxim pinup girlfriend. My goodness that photo search was awesome.

It's not a good picture of her. But it's a fun one of him.

Even in the NFL explanation that FTB posted they said "it does contact the ground when he reaches" which I thought was considered an act of the game. And just like the DTW game, I hate games that are taken out of the hands of the players. It was 4th and 2 though, shoulda done that on 3rd and 2.

I'm pretty sure Richard Sherman is going to make sure Rodgers has a rough game next week regardless of his calf condition!:eek:

I'm going to say he gets picked at least twice.
