At this point "average" might be better than the concessions being leaked.

Hey, don't get me wrong, I've got a number. And work rules had better be improved along with other sections. But if it's not a home run, then I'm happy to send it back, for as long as it takes, while industry average kicks in and profit sharing remains untouched. That's what's happening in SoCal. The local little leagues out here are starting to have problems fielding enough teams because kids are opting for lacrosse and soccer.

honestly I was bored to death playing little league baseball.

don't know much about lacrosse. Shiz does.

Explain exactly how we get in front of a judge or an arbitrator? Binding arbitration requires both parties to agree. A judge would only become involved during BK.
