It's posted on the Chit Chat board, and the next post is the MD Video from about 6 months ago, telling us we are in Historic times, and this is "An opportunity like no other" and he is going to deliver us the Best Contract in the Industry, and yada, yada yada.

But to read today's letter, then going back in time by watching that video, all I can say is, what happened Mike?

When did the Pilots ask for any of the concessions in this POS TA?

And for only an 8% raise??

Long time lurker here. Just wanted to say thanks for your passion and supporting the junior folks. I know you are at the top of the food chain on the seniority list and it'd be easy to sit back and not care what happens to all the dung flowing downstream. Thanks for your rationale and helping the rest of us understand the turd we have been presented.

I'll add an emphatic second to this. Due to guys like Timbo and Carl, I have hope that this thing MIGHT fail. They are similar to the fellas decades ago who fought the good fight and extended the ladder for those coming after them.

Just flew with a great guy, but you could tell he's a solid yes vote without the guts to admit it. Kept telling me he hadn't had the opportunity yet to flesh out the details necessary to make a decision (ahem....TSquare anyone?). Really?? These details have been out for almost two weeks. Give me a break.

Disclaimer: I, in no way, am trying to restrict one's right to vote yes. Just own it and explain why. I'll do the same about my vote. Stop hiding. We might learn something from each other.

I know this is no where near the focus of discussion but I just noticed PDX listed as a base. Is this a recent change or did I miss something?
