Default sick pay

If you were on reserve on a 30 day month 72 hours of pay and for just the sake of argument you are on reserve the first 15 days off the second 15. If you were sick on your 15 reserve on days and then call in well for your remaining 15 off days would 36 hours of pay come out of your sick bank? Or 72? Because you called back well and all you had was off days left. Thanks.

I know mil leaves prior to the bid are figured at ALV / number of days in the bid month. Once you have the reserve line its ALV / number of work days in the month. So I would plan on being charged 72 hours of sick leave. Someone else may have a better answer but I don't have the contract in front of me.

The real question is why the hell would you do CQ on your own time? That's what the three hour commute sit is for.

Green Slip question: I got a one-day GS a few months back that was 1:41 block (2 legs re-positioning jets around the NYC area). It paid 3:22 - which is 2x the block time, but shouldn't it pay 10:30 - which is the 2x the daily minimum? I was well above the GS trigger.

It should've paid 10:30. Those are often confusing on your paycheck since they show as pay but not credit. Pretty sure ALPA can pull your info and see that you've been properly paid.
