Somebody posted the Url that takes you directly to iCrew instead of having to start out at Deltanet. Could you please post that again...or was I hallucinating?

Does anyone know of a simplified formula to calculate my personal anticipated profit sharing payout? The only formulas I've seen involve the total profit sharing for pilots divided by something else multiplied by something...

I think I saw one here some time ago but can't seem to find it.

Thanks in advance.

I think someone on Chit Chat said Richard said it would be about 21-22% of your 2015W2.

Be sure not to count the February PS check in your calculation when you figure your W2 number to multiply by 22%.

Be sure not to count your JVS either.

I saw this gem on Deltanet today:

TSA has initiated Special Emphasis Inspections (SEI) related to SIDA badge challenging requirements. Recent incidents have shown inspectors moving through the SIDA area without displaying proper ID, waiting to be challenged. Furthermore, reports have been received suggesting the inspectors are providing expired or false ID when challenged. As outlined in the FOM, Crewmembers will demand identification of each unticketed, unidentified person on or in the vicinity of the aircraft or any secure area. Pay attention to the validity of the presented ID (expiration date) and that the ID is valid for the particular airport. Verify that the presented ID corresponds to the person presenting it. If appropriate, notify ACS, airport authorities, or a law enforcement officer.

So if I read this correctly, I'm supposed to challenge every single person with a 6-9 foot radius of my jet and not only make sure they have a badge, but that the badge is the correct badge and not expired? Really? The TSA which failed 98% of all in-house red team inspections is now placing the onus on me to do their job for them on the ramp?
