Absolutely true. PRASM may be down but we are at an all time high for our domestic premium. We may not be exceeding last years PRASM and are trying to turn that around but we are charging 10-15% more than the rest of the airlines and still filling up our seats.

Care to post the numbers for JFK-LHR? Most of the ones I have flown are not full, but we are making great $$ there. I don't really care to argue this because the point is that LF is not necessarily an indicator of profit on all routes/flights.
Then please don't assume that a post regarding generally full flights equals more profit (which is more often true than not) applies to every route/flight. I helping the guy see why MikeF16 mentioned profit. I've been on the 73N for roughly 18 months. I can say with a straight face that the LF I've seen is well over 90%. |

Thanks, 1st time trying this. We're having to get very creative to get back to Atlanta from Chicago. We are printing money (DAL, not me personally ;) ), almost no standby flyers are getting on.
Revenue Worker: 160 seats. Revenue Dept: Here's a 717. Crew Resources: #### we don't have any 717Bs. Scheduler 1: What letter do we use for an out of base GS with conflict for a trip they don't even do until 5 days from now? Scheduler 2: EQ SUB 319. :D |

And make sure the date is entered randomly as DDMMMYYYY, or DDMMYY, MMMDDYY, YYMMMDD, DDMMYY, DDMMYYYY and so on. :D |

GS and bank question...Can you draw from your bank and deposit back into it the same month?
I'm on reserve with credit of 72.5. If I get a two day gs, can I request 2.5 from my bank (which is currently 0 because I'm new) to get me to the trigger, then request whatever hours above 80 to go back into my bank? When you're a line holder, this will also be irrelevant. You'd take the 2.5 out to hit the trigger, but you can only deposit credit into your bank. GS are pay, no credit, so you can't put any hours from any GS into your bank. Also, you can go -20 on your bank balance FWIW. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Does anyone know how military TSP contributions affect (if at all) our maximum contributions to our Delta 401K? I know our maximum is 18K/year, but is that amount reduced by anything I contribute to the TSP?
Delta HR says to ask Fidelity, Fidelity says to ask my CPA, my CPA says depends on the plan and must ask Fidelity, and of course the TSP admin are clueless. Thanks! |

Yes, the 18k is cumulative, so 1000 contributed pre-tax to the TSP means you can only contribute 17k from delta pre-tax. They don't talk to each other, so you'll get dinged for taxes next April if you go over 18.
