Are you sure? SBnation shows OSU's schedule significantly stronger than 'Bama's as does this random site that happened to be the 1st hit I got

Look at it this way, Alabama is a 2 pt. favorite over Clemson. OSU would have been a 10 pt. dog.

I don't disagree with the committee picking Alabama over OSU.

I disagree with your claim that Alabama had a tougher schedule and cited 2 references. There is no ESPN reference that I can find that claims Alabama had a tougher schedule. Alabama has a higher FPI ranking than OSU which you may be confusing with strength of schedule, but that is a different metric.

I'd post it if I knew how. Titled "why the selection committee got it right"

Strength of Record, not strength of schedule. Again, different things .

BTW, here you go: Why the College Football Playoff selection committee gave Alabama Crimson Tide the nod over Ohio State Buckeyes

P.S. Manhattan is a must for me for personal reasons. Thanks for any insight!
Wait, Delta pilots make enough to live in Manhattan?

I don't mean to brag or anything, but I'm undefeated in the airing of grievances.

Close to 2 million people live on that small island and they're not all millionaires. Its expensive, but any 2+ year DL pilot could make it work if they really, really wanted to for some reason.

I know a more senior 767 CA that moved there with his wife when their nest emptied.

He said he's having a blast.
