I nearly always get the golden days I ask for.

So when you don't get what you want, do you have any idea why?

Where is the golden day process listed? What % of daily XX days can be ** days? Where are company-wide results listed?

.....the fact that iCrew only awards three blocks of Golden Days. So if I have five separate blocks of X-days, I'll only be able to protect three of them with Golden Days. It's not in the PWA or SRH and is supposedly due to some old coding from iCrew/PBS.

I see where you're going with this and I like it. If you could use the days anywhere you want, of course you'd always put a * on every first off day, thereby making all days effectively golden days. Don't think they haven't figured this out too though LOL. However this will require "negotiating capital" to fix and its a pretty low priority item anyway even for perennial reserves.

Why would you ever use 2 * days in a row?

If you plan to move the first day because you weren't awarded the schedule you really wanted is the only time I've wanted two in a row.

Default Reserve GS question

If you get a three day GS and the first day is your only X day, how is that paid?

Thanks-

Yes it is small change in the grand scheme of things, but it still grinds my gears, especially because it was apparently ceded only due to technology limitations.
