It has to be county that’s level 3 appointed by the CDC. China, Australia, Japan, Canada and Israel.
Line holder gets trip dropped and loses pay. Reserve can refuse the trip with no pay hit and go back on call.

Every country my plane flys to (764 NYC) is now a level 3. As a reserve I plan to refuse these flights. I saw it in the mec email but my question is where did this rule come from? Is it in the contract, LOA, or where?

It was also repeated in the Chairman's Letter on 3/10.

If a pilot is on short call for an international category, should they advise CS in advance or just wait for them to award a Level 3 Warning destination before saying "no thanks, please put me back on reserve"? The actual availability of SC pilots is not what they think it is.

Is the first PCS run for April still hung up? Anybody have any info on that?

one of my swaps went through. Swapped into a very high credit 4 day that had every leg listed as Cancelled already. 23K here I come.
