Congress is addressing our stock buy backs in the bail out bill. Apparently, they are not happy with the scheme either. I hope the bring the CEO's to Congress and do a tap dance for their money.

Hey DW!

Interesting choice of the iconic "red star". I fear a "better red than dead" mentality taking over what remains of our republic. Anyway let's have some of your awesome cartoons in this challenging time.

I could not find any reference on the ALPA website, anybody know the source document for this paragraph from the MEC chairman:

Flying to a CDC Level 3 Country
Pilots have the option to decline flying to any of the countries with a current CDC Warning Level 3 designation. As a reminder:
  • A regular pilot can drop the trip without pay.
  • A reserve pilot can refuse the trip and return to reserve status.
  • For pilots wanting to remove themselves from a trip, contact your Chief Pilot.

Does that include NYC flying...it seems to me the number of cases in NYC would darn near declare that area level three or higher!

So when can we start declining a reserve assignment originating or laying over in a state with a shelter-in-place order?
