I've had the plastic one for 10 years and still going strong (subtract 2 yrs and 10 mos for 2 separate furloughs for a net 7 yrs 2 mos actual usage). Still, I plan to go metal next time when it comes.

Yep just a little. I think the order of luckitude for one of the best D Linemen in the country to break through and block a FG is infinitely less than that required for a knuckleheaded QB to not understand the rules and toss a high duck pass out of bounds and have it hit 1/2 second before the clock and their season ran out.

The prices are very similar at most places. I went with the stopover store for their customer service and loner bag if you need repairs.

that "knucklehead" quarterback is one of the best quarterbacks in the country and is in the Heisman running for his abilities. He says he knew how much time was on the clock, i personally think that he though the clock stopped when the ball went out of bounds and not when it hit something but regardless the field goal was made. What this shows me is that both bama and Texas are great teams that both find ways to win. Should be a good game come January 7th.
