Sorry bad joke.

No I'm hearing we will give up 5 slots and the receiving carrier is not one previously mentioned in the ongoing discussions. In fact, in my opinion, it seems a little bit outta left field. But, if that's what it takes............

While this is off subject, I received an e-ticket in the US mail on Saturday - for someone I don't know. I tried calling DAL res this AM only to receive the "Call volume is higher than normal, please call back. Click." Tried to contact res thru the 1 800 My Delta # but that failed as well. Finally get res this PM and we realize that the ticket was purchased with my Discover Card #. Res just referred me to Discover (which I was doing anyway) and had no idea how they would handle the fraudulent pax. Didn't I just read on DeltaNet that they had a new program to stop this stuff?

UncleSam;
My question is did you use it to book Confirmed for Less Travel? Interesting that it came to your house......

Hm - once after I set up a buddy pass for a cousin, I got an E-ticket confirmation in the mail. It was weird - I've probably done 10 buddy passes in the past two years - but only that one sent the confirmation.

Could your wife/husband (if you have one) have setup the buddy pass for someone else?

I would of guessed that you forgot to logout of TravelNet and someone did a Confirmed for Less ticket, not realizing that who was logged in - but they wouldn't of known your Discover card #.

Slot recipients coming from left field would be awesome compared to being the ones that the Government wanted.

Did you Navy guys see this? Please tell me that this isn't permanent:

Especially if those out in "left field" are going to pay full market price for our piece of the pie (that we are supposedly going to be FORCED to sell against our wishes)!!!

Hey, let's at least make some decent coin out of a slot sale!!
(and avoid direct competition if possible):cool:

Not related to any buddy pass or Confirmed for Less. They used my CC # to book BWI-KIN-BWI in first class. The confirmation came to my house because that is the registered address for the CC.

I filed an online report on the Delta Corp Security web page. Res didn't seem to know what Delta would do about it. My guess is they planned to turn the ticket in for $$$. Discover closed my account and is issuing a new card.
