Did it also sound to you like 787 deliveries and extended 747 leases were mutually exclusive?

I'd have to go back and listen again, I wasn't thinking about that but the way it was presented I could see that.

I guess if extended leases was the best deal we could get in exchange for 787 delay issues, and given we haven't exactly been championing the plane, then I could see that for sure.

Anderson says we'll offer roughly same capacity as last year, with 71 less aircraft. I assume he's talking about the DC-9 and RJ's.

Sounds about right. They have stated 50 less RJ's for 2011.

...duplicate.

2 777's were not financed, but could be financed in the future. Are we trying to supress profits for the year?

Committed to the 757, still a workhorse, but as 5-year post-chp11 leases come due a few might be parked if there isn't a good deal with lease extension.

If Boeing does not play ball and show up to the table on the penalties for the 787, RA has stated in more than one place that he would convert the order to the A350.

Also understand that the -71 AC does not take in to account all of the MD-90's that will be arriving. Those are not on the balance sheet yet, nor in our possession, so they will not be accounted for yet, nor will 777 orders that are not placed yet since there are no production slots.

Here comes the media. Get ready for really stupid questions.

It is calling paying cash and not adding to our 2.3 billion dollar a year debt service.
