I do not argue your scope philosophy at all. I disagree with the medical aspect.
See what a C-Section cost period. Add special circumstances that all have set prices and discounts, and there is your price.
I was floored to see at the OB-GYN they actually give you the cost of a normal or c-section. What the network discounts are and what you out of pocket costs are going to be using them. They tell you to shop around. Guess what? Prices are the same. Why? Smart shoppers and demanding network health care providers.
The next step is for the margins of place like UHC to go from a set 7% to a lot less.
On scope, we both know where each other stands on this, so I will save 30+ pages of us redefining our positions to come to the conclusion we say about the same thing.

Gotcha. I misunderstood your statement, but now I understand. The mission statement was recently rewritten, & while it doesn't specifically mention pay restoration it does mention pay improvement.

Pay is part of restoration. It is a huge part and one that many pilots look at, but 1, 12, 23 are biggins to.
For anything to stick Section one needs to be nailed down.

Reserve pay question.
I put in a generic green slip for the entire month of April. Today I am on long call and received a call from the VRU saying there's an inverse assignment worth premium pay. This trip was worth 14 hours total (5 hours of block today) and was a 3 day. My question is if I would have acknowledged/accepted this trip how much would be paid on top of my guarantee?
This was an inverse assignment with premium pay because it was a short call when I am on long call status. However, since this was only a 3 day trip and I have 5 days of available would any of this be above guarantee?
I looked it up in the contract but can't determine the answer. Thanks.

I guess my bad... last time I got called by the computer for an inverse assignment, the scheduler told me I wasn't legal for it since I did not have rest within the previous 12 hours.
