That is ridiculous. How long should it take to review? How about hire a computer IT guy that can invent a program that can check it all within 1 hour? Frustrating.

I guess you can call it babysitting if you WANT to....however, I thought it was called babysitting only if you're getting paid. Otherwise, it's called parenting. I got to spend the afternoon w/ my 7 year old daughter for a picnic at the park....no better way to use one's time.

No, the computer dorked up the last AE and awarded things out of seniority. The union is sanity checking it to prevent that fiasco again.
