No kidding :)

I think they want to see that a pilot can work through interpersonal conflict easily and they value harmonious relationships as opposed to just "being right" all the time.

I'm trying to understand our PWA but I need some help here. Why would a trip be covered by a LC guy with a YS before a SC guy when the call out is more than 12 hours? 23.N. is pretty straight forward I thought, until I talked to our dear schedulers. Can someone help me out? was I cheated out of a trip?
