The results will be out when they are out. I assume that like everything they (company and your association) will make sure that the are valid and were run correctly before posting it to 12,000 jury members.

ACL, or any other admin type...my "posting rules" box says "You may not post attachments." What's up with that? I just spent 5 days in Munich at the 200th anniversary Oktoberfest and thought I'd share some German cleavage while we wait for the AE, but no can do for now.

What you need to do is upload the pictures to a file sharing site. Then post a link to said picture and or document using the image link in the "Go Advanced" Section of your post.

I'd say that you are absolutely correct that DALPA is looking far into the future at possible threats to the Delta pilots. Many of those threats will also affect the other pilots groups of ALPA and the weight of 55,000 members will certainly help to affect legislative changes that will be needed.

It's the second National campaign letter to be addressed to the Delta pilots recently. In that context, the last two letters weren't bad. I think the guy has vision, and is competent. It doesn't hurt that Prater's a total boob.

I think LM's pursuit of that office is a good thing, but of course I support movement and the gradual influx of new blood at the MEC level.

To me, this is kind of a up-or-out proposition.

That is a good sign that they are working on issues today instead of being reactive to them. Maybe I'll fire up the PAC donations again....I stopped giving when they used my money to support Age 65.

We need to think about that.
Bringing "constructive engagement" to the national level is a big departure from the traditional form of labor relations in this country. The problem is that it relies so heavily on management being a good faith partner.
Wave of the future or lambs to the slaughter?
