I think CA tried to collect on a % of the pensions of Military people that lived there as non-residents - fortunately they lost the court case.

I don't think they allow those to be swapped until the january schedules are done because legally they can modify that trip. Not sure though.

my guess with all the hawaii cancelations, not this cycle.
They are canceling a lot so they can only show wall street a 1 to 3 percent growth.
