Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?
Yikes...........going through the LAX ER bid package. Only one Saipan layover and it conflicts with my carryout trip, and not that many NRT trips total. It's all good, I was going to be a domestic guy in Jan anyway but what is really amazing is the number of trips that go in and out of ATL and operate out east, ie don't see LAX again till the last day of the trip.
For the old heads, do they rotate things between bases? For example, I'm OK with Sink going out to Asia some months if I get to go to Russia. But, the only Europe we have is CDG........no AMS even.
Confused, but that's normal.......

Don't expect too much Europe flying out of LAX. In the 2-3 years I was there on the ER there were very few European trips.

Bar do Juarrez... (pronounce the J as a J not a W) is much better than the churrascarrias... and you like sweet stuff dontcha... Guarana Antarctica? Caipirinhas are great.. but not on top of beer.. and Wednesday and Saturday are Feijoada day. (I'll let you look that up for yourself)... But, if you are senior, the trip is a double all nighter, and it beats the hell out of you, so you might want to consider something else....

1. What does ** mean on a schedule under off? I know XX means you are off that day, does ** mean the same?
2. how do you view a rotation on your schedule? Mine just says IOE IOE IOE IOE ..... but no rotation details. Does that mean it has not been assigned yet? There is something that says "click airplanes for rotation details" but there are no airplanes or anything that I can even click on.

As to the IOE, if you're in ATL for training, drop by the IOE planner's desk on the 4th floor if you want to get the scoop on your schedule. They may already have it. If you're in MSP for training just call the IOE planner. Hope this helps
Yep! I used to fly with the same LMs a lot. They'd even swing by the commissary and grill for the crew at the picnic tables until we all passed out. Good times!
Don't forget about the bowling alley's stir-fry "hangover" remedy! Still preferred downtown with the Viking Club, Club USA, and Don't tell Mama's. Oh, then the G-Spot right above Ball-Scratcher's pool hall. The MAC days (in a SAC KC-10)!
