Some interesting information from the AMS base visit on the DALPA forum under Hangar talk. Perhaps the reports of no pilot hiring in 2011 are inaccurate.

Go to DeltaNet, Crew Resources and Scheduling then view the 18 Jan 11 bid Results. You can find every equipment/base movement there, including your own if you're affected.

I don't see it on the crew skeds page. But, you can see if you got a change in iCrew.

Just read it twice...nothing jumped out at me. The possibility of additional MD-90's was the closest thing to more hiring....and the A330 12+hr thing. Did I miss something? Would love to see additional hiring announced for all of us.
