Supposedly Auburn took 400 people on the 747. That was the number in the news. I forget how much a 747 holds.

I bought a house and moved into it. I love living in a house, but damn it takes a lot of work and money to maintain it. I need to get back to work to get some relaxation on the road.

Wait. Are you talking about a house or marriage? :)

Anyway, why is it my Mac doesn't open PDF documents on Deltanet when I use Firefox, but when I open the link using Safari, it opens it with no problem at all? Simple change of setting, or is it a compatiblity issue between Deltanet & Firefox?

Thanks for the responses in advance,

GJ

My FireFox opens them up, but I think I recall having a similar problem. I'd try just going to the file you downloaded and after a one click to highlight it hitting Control and OPEN WITH > ADOBE READER.

To add, if you want the pdf file to open automatically instead of having to click on in your downloads folder do this: In FireFox go to Preferences > Applications > Content Type - Adobe PDF Document. Instead of "Save File" or "Always Ask" choose "Use Adobe Reader" (assuming you're using Adobe Reader as the program to view PDF files). That way the file will open automatically upon downloading.

Republic Airways Amends Delta Agreement to Add Eight E170 Aircraft

Press Release Source: Republic Airways Holdings On Monday January 31, 2011, 5:00 pm
INDIANAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Republic Airways Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:RJET - News) announced today it has amended its capacity purchase agreement with Delta Air Lines to provide for the addition of eight dual-class E170 aircraft.

The aircraft are expected to be placed into Delta Connection service between May and September 2011 and will have a term of six years from the in-service date for Delta. After the addition of these aircraft, the Company and its subsidiaries will operate a total of 48 aircraft on behalf of Delta: 16 E175s, 8 E170s, and 24 E145s.

“We are pleased to grow our E-Jet relationship with Delta by adding these aircraft to our existing agreement,” said Bryan Bedford, chairman, president and CEO of Republic Airways. “This announcement reaffirms our commitment and desire to be a solutions provider for our network airline partners.”

The eight E170 aircraft are currently operating in service under Republic’s branded operation, Frontier Airlines. The Company expects to utilize E145 aircraft that are being removed from fixed-fee service with Continental in the second quarter of 2011 and Q400 aircraft that are currently held for sale to backfill a portion or all of the flying vacated by the removal of the E170s.
