Airline Pilot Central Forums - Any "Latest & Greatest" about Delta?

I bet we see them run right up to the cap with E-170's and CRJ-700's with FC seats in them. This won't be the last we see of DCI adding new jets. SkyWest just ordered some more 700's also, not sure if those are for DCI or someone else.

Hmm.. the Shuttle America ones that used to fly for us held 76, didn't they? (before they were replaced by the 175's...)

We don't, management hates them. They have been saying that since about 2005/6.

Delta Management says: "We hate RJs."

Delta Management actions:

"Hey, Bubba, lets lock ourselves into some more long term RJ leases, where we guarantee our competitors a profit no matter what fuel costs."

"Sounds good Billy Bob, I'll order us up some RJ's lickety split."
