On a lighter note....
Airlines scale back latest fare increase - BusinessWeek
Another reason I hope we decimate SWA in ATL & NYC.

Who said I want to be at Delta?
I mean really - 14 year upgrades, carrying bags up stairs for 55-year-old cat ranchers, watching Republic fly "my" old routes, grumpy ol'timers grumbling about SkyWest and Compass getting airplanes, and $40,000 a year - I already have all that at Comair. ::BI-WINNING::
Now if they throw in some underboob, I'm at Delta in a heartbeat.
Sorry for hijacking the thread guys.

Congratz! I know the feeling. There was a period of time when I could walk the halls of NATCO and instructors on other aircraft would look at me and say "What are you doing here?" They had seen me around so much, they thought they knew me. Just call me Mr NATCO I'd say. NOT fun.
Yep, the CVG lounge is the gold standard. Its the former Crown Room in Cincy. Of course, its so nice, CVG will probably close now.
OTOH, LAX's pilot lounge hasn't had an upgrade since the Western days. We still can't get a cell phone signal and I don't think its been painted since we were flying the Connies.
MSP is a bit worse but that's not saying a whole heck of a lot.
