I didn't explain that method very well. Probably about as well as my "directs" looked on a radar scope.

If you remember doing this, I guess you understood it, sort of.

The Navy called it "point-to-point". It was more like "somewhere-to-somewhere"

80,
I thought you had training.... Do not tell me you are already done for the day.

The nw bus footprint always finishes the week with an A period so you can get on home! Made the 1030am flight back to ATL and back to my house by 1530. Love it!

I never figured it out. Used to pretend that I knew what I was doing but never really had a clue.

Point to point is great, heck you keep doing it again and again and it turns out pretty darn accurate.
Now don't get me started on the RMI intercepts...

Jughead,

Think what you're referring to is "fix-to-fix" navigation. Something I'm not sure anyone "fully understood" in UPT, or thereafter. :)

For your reminiscent pleasures though, I've included a link for remedial training. :D

Fix to Fix

Fly safe,

On the line where you enter trips you want to pickup -- you use a "wildcard".
Its the asterisk I mentioned.
Look at the help screen (F5) for the swap template.

ie=
*03 01OCT would mean you want any 3 day trip on October 1st.

You put *3 or *4 or*10 etc, etc. instead of the rotation number.

Well done, sir. Well done, indeed.

The crazy-assed mixture of T-37 RMI's and smoking-hot underboob is making me feel funny.

Damn you GJ, I'd flushed that a LONG time ago. Now, I'm having flashbacks of "early week" and an instructor named Phil.
