If it was an MD88 bulletin we'd first been told NO LINKS TO PORN OR SEXUALLY EXPLICIT MATERIAL... followed by a new bulletin that said cancel that previous one as full frontal nudity is now approved... followed by back to the old policy... followed by nudity will be allowed if placarded... followed by no nudity ever and we will turn you in as a peeping Tom if caught... followed by, well you get the picture.

At some point, police believe Kless yelled at a cabbie for having his cab light on while driving with passengers, that’s when three men in a car near the cab got out, possibly believing kless was yelling at them.
