No I'm not joking. I only brought up his crew tags because I wouldn't expect a DPAer to have expectations so low. He was really concerned about vacation time and commutable trips.

BFS,

First Look Maneuvers are randomly selected so you won't find them. 2 per pilot. Non-jeopardy/train to proficiency. You can bet at least one will be an RTO. Also look at windshear on app/departure, CAT III approaches, and flap malfunctions.

That is just sad.

I never thought of that. All those agents that are just devoted to pass riders, and all those computers that are just devoted to pass riders. Guess we should volunteer $100 a year for the privilege of getting bumped.

My only point is that there's some cost involved.

So does "paying" employees. Should we work for free?

Not even somewhat remotely close to $4,000,000 that's for sure.

Plus as was mentioned a few posts up, employees at DCI carriers also paying that fee.

Carry on...

What they do not charge us is the taxes and airport facilities fees from each flight taken. They absorb that. They also absorb the tax hit for it being a benefit that can be hit against your income, just like a company provided car.

50 bucks irks me to, but the fact is that they could really nickel and dime us on more than just the annual fee and the customs taxes. Personally, I want nonrev benefits codified in our PWA so that they cannot change them on a whim; fees, allotments etc.

If I can take what he said as verbatim, then he said, expect, not what he would vote "yes" for. Big difference.
