Something is going on.

From the letter:

We believe opportunities exist, so today, your MEC directed the Negotiating Committee to meet with Delta management early next week to discuss opening the contract now with the goal of achieving a comprehensive agreement on an expedited basis.

And:

To that end, your reps will soon be in the lounges again and frequently for the foreseeable future to provide you with additional information and address your questions.

As a 777 guy I'm guessing you probably haven't been to NATCO...

In the front lobby is an ancient WWII era Link Trainer in beautifully restored condition. It really is cool.

I agree completely that it needs to be kept and displayed prominently.

Reading between the lines, I think so. The opener will tell but......looks pretty strong and positive.

Did the union send out an email stating this? I haven't received it yet.
