If those two things are not part of this agreement, yes, the ft/dt chances will be effectively net neutral to a slight loss.
Thought that was what I wrote. With current contingencies (current book and duty in margins, ie Manhattan to EWR cab rides) staffing neutral.

... And I reread the NP and current Section 23, and I still can't fully explain the contradiction 80 was pointing out: if you're "full" at you guarantee... Then can you really go to ALV + 15 involuntarily?

And who even has panties to get in a wad?

Softball lobbed>pictures of panties follow> underboob included > another good morning on th L&G.

In other news, Europe is looking very ugly now that Greek voters are having their say. Neo-Nazi party's results in the polls up from .23% to 7.00%.

The Greek electorate isn't big on austerity (or paying its bills). While this turn of events is no surprise, it is a harbinger for other larger and more relevant economies.

I did a little digging on that, and as I understand it:

If you are at or above guarantee which, depending on the final language, you can show full. Below guarantee, they can assign an trip not to exceed ALV+15.

Also, look at what a ALV of say 72, 75, and 80 with 5:15 and a 6 hrs equate in in terms of days of work. IMO, there could be foreshadowing there on a change to a min day credit.

Okay need to ask because I can't officially find it in the PWA.
(Short attention span/limited education)

What is the official limit on the number of 50/ 70 / 76 seaters currently allowed under the contract?

I think I remember a hard overall limit of 255, with a maximum of 150 70/76 seaters.
Not sure if that is accurate.

How about France and their decision to elect a Socialist. One who states he will cut the austerity measures, increase government spending and tax the rich at 75%. We apparently have a JV partner right in the middle of that.

LOL, that will teach me to post after drinking a couple Stone IPA's. Thanks for the clarification Howgozit!! I had no idea. So if you are given a yellow slip on your x days does that increase your reserve guarantee and/or do they repay you the x days later in the month. There has to be some incentive for coming into fly on your x days I would hope.

Straight Pay and credit towards your monthly total. Pay does not go above guarantee like a GS. Days OFF are lost.

More pay, but ONLY if you are going to break guarantee. If you wind up below guarantee after YSing, all you did was give up your days off. It only made sense to me the last few days of the month, and even then it didn't make sense.
