There are no additional gates available in SEA. Expansion there would be nearly impossible with the gate issue and other constraints.

I know I was kidding. Plus there is no money in narrowbody flying on the west coast, clearly.*

I thought the deferrals were mostly −800's. Either way they are up to something. They just ordered a zillion 737's and moments later deferred a bunch. Something came up.

The deferred are all 800s. SWA still taking delivery of 34 this yr and an additional 49 in 2013 and 2014. Total of 345 firm orders.

Kelly says "we're more conservative right now with respect to expansion."

Translation: no more growth for SWA right now. 83 737s next three yrs are replacement aircraft. How many 717s do they have!?

The something that came up is costs. They may be figuring out there just isn't enough demand to fill up the bigger airplanes in their high frequency point to point model (just a hypothesis).

I think it just changed to case sensitive, because mine used to work in all lowercase, but now I had to put the caps in the right places

Does SWA have a 25 minutes or its free rule?

I guess 737-900s are completely out of the question.
