Because the info would be published for all to see (and act on as they see fit) when sent out for memrat. A leak would be privileged info to a select few which could be used by those with the info to profit at the expense of those without the info.

Check out DeltaNet. As of June 1st, no more peanuts because of peanut allergies. I CAN'T fly without peanuts.....ok, actually I have been flying on peanuts.
