Ouch, really? I guess us newbies can make ourselves comfortable. As long as we get in before our interview date + 18 months. Just so that we don't have to go through the whole thing again.

It all depends if the flows are held back by their respective companies. Talking to some folks on the hiring inside at DAL, they are almost certain they will be held back for 60-90 days. However, that final say comes down to the companies that are flowing up.

Has anyone seen class dates listed somewhere? They are not on any deltanet updates that I have seen.

Class dates are never sent in stone. They will modify them as needed.

There are three recall classes starting on Mondays this month.

I'm I following this right that off-the-street hiring is about to effectively stop?

The sky is falling, the sky is falling. Relax on the off the street hiring worries. When it happens, it will happen. Delta is a large pond.

Not even close, there will continue to be a large percentage of off the street invites and hires in 2014 (as there has been already in late 2013 so far) .... and most likely an exact minimum of flows and SSP's.

The next time fuel prices jump 20% for Delta you should just tell RA it's not really that big of a deal and explain to him how the math works if you look at it the right way.
