Seems like they love the "standard" regional captain. I'm 121 turboprop PIC with previous heavy/international time. I'd be curious how that fits into their mix. Doesn't seem like they've hired anyone like me yet.

Not true. I personally know someone interviewed less than 3 weeks ago who had no military experience.

All were off the street. I was told Endeavor guys were mostly interviewed separately.

My guess is you have not considered the civilian flow thru's that do not have to interview. Seems like Delta wants a mix of different backgrounds.

I recently watched a promo video that featured AK himself. In it, they specified 65% of their pilots are of civilian background and 35% come from military. I'm not sure how they quantify that (if any of those civs are former military or in reserve units). Just thought I'd throw that out there to feed the fire so to speak. Lol hope to be interviewing with you guys in ATL soon!
